This site holds a collection of drawings  and natural world photography that I have produced. I enjoyed creating them and I hope you will like them.

St Mary's Lighthouse, shown here, is

on the tiny island, just north of Whitley Bay on the North East Coast. It is linked to the mainland buy a short concrete causeway which is submerged at high tide. The lighthouse was built in1898.

It was decommissioned in 1994 and   today welcomes tourists. The lighthouse houses a small museum, a visitor's centre.
